Ether-3D LLC Return Policy
At Ether-3D LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Standard Products:
Unused, non-customized products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
Due to the personalized nature of custom 3D printed products, these items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
Digital Products or Files:
All digital downloads are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase is required (order number, invoice, or receipt).
3. Return Process
Contact Us:
To begin a return request, email us at Ether-3D@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.
Approval & Instructions:
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a shipping label.
Inspection & Refund:
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
