Earn After Fulfillment
Earn 1 Ether Point per $1 of merchandise after discounts. Points are rounded up and added after the entire order is fulfilled.
Reach 100 Points
Every 100 Ether Points provides a $10 reward toward a future eligible order.
Redeem and Save
Redeem on an order with at least $50 in merchandise. A maximum of $50 in rewards may be used per order.

Frequently Asked Questions
When are my points added?
Points are added only after every item in your eligible website order is fulfilled. Pending or partially fulfilled orders do not receive points yet.
Do shipping and tax earn points?
No. Points are calculated from eligible merchandise after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards, and other excluded charges.
What happens after a return, refund, or cancellation?
Points are recalculated or removed to match the merchandise you ultimately keep. This may result in a negative balance if points from that purchase were already redeemed.
Do Amazon, eBay, GunBroker, or other marketplace orders count?
No. Ether Points are earned only on eligible orders placed directly through Ether-3D.com.
Where can I view and redeem my points?
Sign in to your Ether-3D customer account to see your balance and available reward. Follow the redemption option shown there to create a reward for an eligible order.
Can a reward be combined with another discount?
Combination depends on the eligibility and combination settings of each discount in Shopify. If checkout does not accept both, choose the discount that gives you the best value.
Ether Rewards Program Terms
Effective: September 2, 2026
These terms govern participation in Ether Rewards. By earning or redeeming Ether Points, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
The program is available to eligible Ether-3D.com customers age 18 or older with a valid customer account. Participation is for personal, lawful use and is limited to one rewards account per person unless Ether-3D approves otherwise.
2. Earning Points
Members earn 1 Ether Point for each $1 of eligible merchandise after discounts. Fractional totals are rounded up. Shipping, taxes, gift cards, marketplace purchases, and excluded products or charges do not earn points. Points are awarded only after the entire eligible order is fulfilled.
3. Balances and Corrections
Points may take time to appear. Ether-3D may correct a balance when an order, fulfillment, refund, cancellation, system error, duplicate credit, or other transaction is inaccurate. Program records maintained by Ether-3D control unless shown to be incorrect.
4. Redeeming Rewards
100 Ether Points may be redeemed for $10 off an eligible future order with a merchandise subtotal of at least $50. Redemptions are available in supported increments and are limited to $50 per order. Rewards cannot reduce an order below applicable limits and may not combine with every promotion.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Points connected to returned, refunded, or canceled merchandise will be recalculated or removed. If those points have already been redeemed, the account may show a negative balance that must be offset by future earnings. Rewards used on an order are not cash and refund treatment may depend on the final adjusted order.
6. No Cash Value or Transfer
Points and rewards are promotional, have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged for cash, or combined between accounts except where required by law.
7. Misuse
Ether-3D may suspend or close an account, cancel points or rewards, or refuse participation for fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized resale, multiple-account activity, or violation of these terms or applicable law.
8. Changes or Termination
Ether-3D may modify, pause, or end the program, including earning rates, redemption values, limits, eligibility, exclusions, or expiration rules. When practical, material changes will be posted with reasonable notice and a reasonable redemption period. Immediate action may be taken for legal, security, fraud, abuse, or technical reasons.
9. Privacy
Program information is handled as described in the Ether-3D Privacy Policy and the financial-incentive notice on this page. Participation requires processing customer, order, fulfillment, refund, points, and redemption information.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The program is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ether-3D is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, unauthorized account use, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent the law where you live provides non-waivable consumer rights.

Rewards Privacy & Financial Incentive Notice
Ether Rewards provides future-order discounts in exchange for participation and the customer and purchase information needed to operate the program. This notice describes the material terms before you participate.
Information We Use
We use identifiers such as your name, email address, Shopify customer ID, and account information, plus commercial information such as eligible orders, fulfillment, returns, refunds, points, and reward redemptions. We use it to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support Ether Rewards. We do not provide points in exchange for selling personal information.
Value of the Benefit
The benefit is the published future-order discount: currently $10 for every 100 points, subject to the program rules. Ether-3D reasonably relates this value to the anticipated value of repeat business, customer loyalty, and the costs of operating the program.
Joining and Withdrawing
You participate by using an eligible customer account and making an eligible purchase. Participation is voluntary. To withdraw, contact support@ether-3d.com. Withdrawal closes program participation and cancels unused points and rewards, subject to applicable law; you may rejoin later under the terms then in effect.
