You acknowledge that ONLY a competent and licensed gunsmith should perform any installation or modification of a firearm or firearm component. You agree that Ether-3D LLC is NOT responsible or liable for any failure to follow this recommendation, or for any damages, injuries, or death resulting from such failure.
Further, you agree that Ether-3D LLC is not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or death caused by the modification, misuse, or unsafe handling of any firearm or firearm component by any individual.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Ether-3D LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of item(s) or errors related to the product listing or your order.
Ether-3D LLC also reserves the right to cancel an order if an illegal or unauthorized transaction is suspected.

You understand that Ether-3D LLC, nor any of its officers, employees, or affiliates, has provided a legal determination regarding your unique situation. Certain magazines, stocks, triggers, or other accessories may be illegal to own, purchase, or use in your jurisdiction.
By using this Site, you agree that Ether-3D LLC and its associates shall not be liable for any legal issues that may arise from the purchase, use, or inability to use any products sold on this Site. SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. Please note that restrictions may apply to certain products, and some products may not be shipped to certain destinations.
When you place an order, we make every effort to ship within 24 hours or less on weekdays. We do not typically ship on weekends. Some products require additional time to assemble, package, or manufacture and may take several days before shipping.
We ship through USPS, and most shipments arrive within 3–5 business days. Once a package has been transferred to USPS, Ether-3D LLC is no longer able to modify, redirect, or intercept the shipment.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Manufacturer-damaged or defective products, as well as products damaged during shipping, will be fully refunded or replaced.
Products that have been intentionally damaged or modified by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
Most products showing normal wear or blemishes from installation or testing may still be eligible for return.
In most cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when returning an undamaged product for a refund or exchange.
Ether-3D LLC may refund or replace a damaged product without requiring a return; however, all requests must be submitted via email through our Contact Page form.
Refunds are not available for any product after 15 days of receipt by the customer, except in cases of manufacturer defects, which are covered for up to 30 days.
